You can adjust the temperature output to suit your preference, ranging from 86 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit, thanks to the temperature controller.

Additional Security: We have upgraded our bain marie with newly designed “Dry Burning Indicator” and “Reset Button”. The dry-burning indicator function automatically stops heating the food when the temperature exceeds 248°F (120°C). To resume operations, simply refill the water and press the Reset Button.

The soup warmer feature a faucet for draining water after use, reducing the hassle of cleaning the machine’s interior.
